PROHIBITED? WTF there are 1000s of these already in canada....makes me sick if this was the USA they would be having there A$$ sued off.....they have to be stopped NOW I can't take this anymore! Why dont they just BAN EVERYTHING? All that I can see in the near future is the 2000$ 858s in EE.....that will be next.....I'm sorry about this wolverine what a shock you guys must of felt......so does this entire shipment gotta be sent back?

WTF!!!!!!!! they are non restricted, then prohibited, then non restricted and now back prohibited! !??? So that would just be for this batche or...???

I'm speachless.....
 
After reading the report, seems based on date of manufacture. They reference the 2005-6 as being not prohibited, but the 2007 they also say are converted auto's.
 
So are they actually CA, or is that just another lie from the RCMP lab? And if they are CA, does the prohibition reversal of other CZ 858 rifles from 2015 come in to play at all?
 
They reference the reason for prohibiting them is that they are NOT SPECIFICALLY exempted by c-42, if these were the beaver barf they would have been allowed but the fancy wood makes them converted automatics!!!! I almost want to laugh instead of crying!!!

No not at all- those rifles were declared non-restricted by order in council.

Nothing - this is limited to this example of the rifle - specific with the Sparta markings. The 858s were declared non-restricted by OIC and there is not a thing the RCMP can do about it. Here there are playing games and claiming these are a different variant of the 858.
