ACR Media and Info Thread

Hello guys !

Wondering where to order a SBR .223/556 barrel for the ACR ?

We're in Canada, we don't have SBR's.
If you just want a short barrel you'll have to have one custom built. My first ACR had a 12 inch barrel which is about as short as you can go without doing a custom gas system as well.

" They year of the ACR " ... LoL about 6 years too late... hahahahhahaha, and 600$ US for a barrel... LMFAO.....

You think they would of upgraded that horrible handguard by now.... lol....

waiting to not be able to take your ACR in the bush ever again ? .

Not everyone has access to bush or crown land. I've only shot my firearms at a gun range. If I had places to shoot, maybe I'd care about non restricted status.

And lastly, it doesn't change your classification for ever. You can change back to non restricted if you ever needed to. I'd definetly keep it in non restricted configuration during this government.

I bought my first ACR used with a 12 inch barrel that was made by Bits of Pieces htt p://www.bitsofpieces.com it was very nicely done, I don't think you can go shorter without modifying the gas system. I sold that barrel within a month of getting it as I bought it to make it non restricted.
When I built my non restricted 300BLK conversion I made it with a carbine length gas system and shortened a new op rod.
If you want a short barrel it can be done pretty easily.
