Hi fellows nutz
I missed to have a pump shotgun so i picked up a barely used Mossberg 590A1 on the EE. Its the 7 shots model,GR sight,18.5 inch barrel with cylinder accu choke. I love it,i sold my 590 mariner fews years ago to fund a milsurp so i had to get another Mossberg. This one was barely used so i jumped on it. However,i am not a fan of the tri-rail forend and i have a standard 1 coming in the mail. The shotgun had a little issue. the left cartridge stop didnt let a shell pop out from the magazine. Problem was that the cartridge stop was a bent in a bit too much so the action bar was running behing the stop instead of pushing it in the receiver recess to allow shell to feed correctly. Easy fix, took 2 mins and now its 100% reliable, tested during a complete evening with dummy rounds, no less than 150 times! A way to spend an evening and i am sure that the problem is fixed! I guess the cartridge stop was made on a monday or a friday lol. In all i am very happy, not going to add stuff on it, i like to keep things simple
