CDTSA held matches at Milo this last year, but if I understand it correctly the format didn't change much, just the distances shot.
I meant to attend most of them, but it didn't work out in the cards.
Attendance fell off to a point where they cancelled the last match due to lack of interest.
So now it is being moved back to Shepard to bring attendance back up with the old format
It would seem there is very little appetite within the club to shoot service conditions, and all of the people that talk about coming out (me included - at least last year) are full of hot air.
Hopefully Taber has much better success.
CQB at Milo looks promising and the one match held in the fall had somewhat OK attendance, but should/could improve a whole bunch this year.
All of those AR owners need to understand when the last bans took place with C68, the AR was spared the prohibited status due to use of them in SR competitions and the actions of the DCRA and others who gave expert testimony to save them from the chopping block. Without that continued support of competition use, the likelyhood of them going the way of the 12.x grows.
