I saw some attractive pricing on close out Tikka T3 (making way for the T3x) in 270 WSM and 300 WSM. Which of the two would be your first choice for a mountain rifle with elk/moose as the primary target? Or just take advantage of a good deal and buy both, setting the 270 WSM up for longer range shooting and the 300 WSM up for closer range shooting with heavier bullet weights.
I know the T3s have strong recoil from the WSM cartridges - I haven't shot them personally.
