How many is too many?

if you have a bothersome wife, use the simple trick, sell one, buy two and have them shipped in the same box.

My wife works at the local post office - which also doubles as the UPS drop off. Even if I'm home and she isn't when the package arrives, posties are chatty. I can't get away with crap.

We didn't even need the money when she took the job. I swear it's part of a conspiracy.

This is a stupid question and thread.

If you acquire too many, get a larger safe/room/house/bunker and keep on trucking

Guns? What are you talking about?

Ask this guy, he seems to have Canada's largest collection:

Her honey toned voice and vocal inflection suggested that she must be wearing a thong. She was not hired for her smarts.

Yeah, there are other ways to verify you are who you say you are. However, inquiring minds want to know. I'm assuming for you to know she was wearing a thong, you must have seen her physically, and DO YOU HAVE PICS???? :)

Firearms tend to go up in value , take up very little space , and are cheap to maintain ; so they may actually be a fairly good investment . It is the ammo costs that adds up .

Good excuse to buy more guns. Ammo need not be expensive. I sold all my cheap to shoot 22lr handguns because casting and reloading for almost any pistol ammo cost same as 22lr ammo. Assuming of course you got the time and patience.

As far as number of guns to own, I have a self imposed limit which was decided by my wife. Goes by the formula My Guns = Total Number of her shoes and bags/5

I might have to buy Mrs. Cannon a boat if I was thinking about another firearm. Or I have to find her another unique gun. I have to get her something to compensate for the Coonan I just bought.

i hit a limit on my guns here in December.
i was informed from here on in for every gun i purchase i have to buy my wife a piece of jewellery.

im just thankful she didnt think of that 25 years ago!!!!!

We have it a little different in our house. For every gun my husband purchases he has to buy his wife (me) a gun too, and vice versa!
As far as how many is too many? Every new gun is our last purchase.......until next time.

my wife is a closet prepper.
deep down inside she has some deep-seated fear of the end of days or famine or im not sure what.
probably comes from growing up on a dirt farm or something.

anyways all i need do is plant the seed of how good a particular gun would be for a prepping situation.......

"wow, those Just Right Carbines are neat, they take the Glock pistol mags! just imagine, they use the same mags your pistol takes that would be ideal for pretty much every prepping situation!"
*seed planted*
week later...... wife asks how much the Just Right Carbines are and if we would get a discount if we buy 2.
"of course we should look at 2 of them, we have 2 Glocks dont we!"
