CZ.Mag?

Now... The most important question...

Did the Norinco engineers bother taking the time to modify the stripper clip guide to take SKS clips? With our 5 round laws clips are so much easier and faster than mag changes.

Impressive... You can re ingeneer a complete classic battle rifle to take an AK mag an run on x39 for $850 but nobody in the country can build a barrel for an M305 in anything but .308 for under $1500...

.....grumble grumble... I'll pick mine up at the Calgary gun show if I don't walk past anything more interesting on the way.

Okay, I'll try asking the questions that I asked in the other thread that nobody seems to be able to answer:
1: Weight? Is it lighter than the M-305
2: Does it have the same footprint as the .308, or is it a shorter action
3: Mag type has been answered

I like the idea, but if I'm carrying the same weight as my .308, and non-corrosive is almost the same price as cheap .308 surplus, I'm not seeing huge advantages. I want one! Just trying to figure out why?

though I am glad there is another option. I wish if these can get built by norinco, why not the Type 81? I will wait for the range reports.
