How long to get a scoped repaired and sent back from Vortex Canada ???
Been over two weeks and still no e mail from them .......................................................??

You should get an email confirmation before anything...... when I sent in my binos I didn't hear back for 3 weeks. What kind of work needed to be done? If they gotta send it to the US it will take longer.

It stoped holding zero then the cross hairs canted more than 15 degrees , the turret was turned till the coss hairs were level and the turret was about 17 degrees to the left ,,

Yeah... so it sounds like you should receive a replacement. Next time give it a good whack before sending it in.....lol.

It took like 6 weeks to get my binoculars back after I sent them in. I emailed and touched base with them a couple times because it was taking awhile. Albeit, it was during the christmas season so a little delay is expected. I got my binos back fixed, didn't get a replacement and they've worked great since.

About 3-4 weeks from the time you mailed it. As I understand it, all warranty are collected and shipped down south. Then either repaired or replaced and shipped back up to the depot followed by mail to you.

My binos were fixed in Canada. I believe they review the repair and if it can be repaired in Canada, they will, if not, they send it to the states or replace it.

just got mine back, 15 business days ( 3 weeks), they do not send them to the US anymore, they go to Ontario, get inspected, and either repaired or replaced from there.
mine was replaced for a crushed tube from a so called gunsmith, over tightned the screws and poof, new scope for me, thankfully it was well before hunting season, and the rifle it was on also got sent off for warranty (remmy 700), that was 6 weeks and , they both showed while i was in camp, so was like christmas morning, ripping into new toys again haha

What models are doing this?
Viper/razor?

Mine was a crossfire II. Personally I consider all Vortex optics JUNK, until you get to the Viper and above line. Also heard good things about the HS models. The RAZOR is closer to a world class scope than the Chinese models.

I've bought apples off of that cart once. Won't happen again!

Big congrats to Vortex Canada , just got a NIB upgraded Crossfire ll delivered to the door . This one even has a 44 mm lens vs the old one was 40mm.

just over 2 weeks from when they received it .

Cannot wait to get to the range !

My diamondback HP is not the best around but certainly isn't junk
A 4-16x44, side parallax.
The turrets aren't meant to dial in and out depending on elevation, and is installed on a CZ 452 varmint .22, but still, diamondback HP got clear glass and am about to post on 1/2"@50M challenge in rimfire section

I think they are great for rimfire. I bought a "Shotgun" model that was apparently only good for .410. I wouldn't trust a crossfire or a diamondback on a hunt that cost anything. They work, but they obviously have some design flaws. When you google canted or rotated cross hairs and Vortex, there are TONS of examples. Yours may last a lifetime, or might take a drop or knock and develop the same issue..

Yeah i baby that .22, and personally, wouldn't use anything less than viper for a hunt that cost money and time off.

On my precision rifle, running the razor 4.5-27, that thing is friggin 3 pounds, better be solid and not cant crosshairs when i bump it lol

i guess you`re kinda right in that, my crossfire and diamond backs are only on rifles that are range bunnies.lol, my 338 xbolt wears a viper , and that thing has been great, ive dropped it, bumped it over, you name it, pretty much everything you can do to a scope that you shouldnt, and it still holds true :)
