Thanks for the brief info. Just to clarify, those 3 types of ammo, and those 3 types alone are the only prohibited types correct?
Tracer is also prohibited, it is based on the heat produced by the burn, as this causes fires, there are some low heat tracers, that may be OK. At the CSSA AGM we had a very interesting talk from person in charge of the Explosives act.
A warning from him, if people (idiots) continue to misuse Tanerite as is happening, it will become prohibited, it is up to us, they are watching what's going on.
The limits on storage are very generous, (all this is from memory, so may be a little out) ammo as others have stated 225kg, primers a lot, I think it was 10,000, powder: Separate dwelling 20kg inside (50 kg outside) total 70kg, black powder 10kg. In apartments, attached dwellings 10kg smokeless, 1kg black.
