is One Shot Tactical open for business?

I placed an order two weeks ago. The money was taken from my credit card and the order confirmed by the website (all items in stock). Since then I've received nothing.
The website says my order is still waiting to be packed. Attempts to email info@oneshottactical.com get no response, and my attempt to reach them again this morning bounced (mail server is not responding). I've tried to call through the week but I can only call on my lunch hour and I only get voicemail.

The phone still works so I don't think they have gone out of business. Has anyone here had contact with them in the past few weeks?
 
Ordered the other day, shipped same day received next day. These guys are AAA+ I would try calling again or pm them on here. Never once have they not shipped right when money was pulled. Things happen in business though and I am sure they would make it right.
 
They are still in business, don't give up. They had website issues a couple days ago. Hopefully your email wasn't a victim. Great guys to deal with.

Got it. It's my fault for not noticing that area before.
Thanks for the advice fellow CGN people. They are closed on weekends so I'll just sit and wait a few more days.
 
I've ordered several times from Oneshot and have never had a problem. Contact them I'm confident they'll help you out.

hmm, did you read the original message? I had tried to contact them using their website, email, and the phone all unsuccessful. I have today sent pm's to two people at the company and will wait a few days (until they re-open) to hope for a response. If the don't then I guess I'll contact my credit card company.
 
Might not hurt to re-send the email as well - sounds like they were having problems with the email server...
 
Ordered 3 tactical slings from them.

They sent one and billed me for three.

$125.00 + tax for one freaking sling

Tried to phone no one would pick up.

Emails went unanswered.

Never again.
 
Tried calling before, left a message once and never heard back from them so I deal with companies that have customer support. Unfortunate as I live 10 minutes away from them and spend a lot of money on firearms and accessories, prefer to support local business's, but some owners just don't get it.
 
Just pulled up the order # and took a look.

You should have recieved an email about the one item. Not sure why emails or calls weren't returned. I'll check with Jaclyn on this Tuesday.

Take advantage of One Shot, there aren't too many 'tactical' stores that provide such good customer service, civilian customers are something most of them merely put up with- if that.
