I'm looking for a thin grip, non 1911, 9mm pistol. I say non 1911, because I got 3 and like to try something else. But everything seems like bricks to me.

I like my 226 but it seems a little fat in my hand, I was thinking 220. But what are other single stack or thin double stack 9mm's?

EDIT, not looking for cheap TT-33. I want something for PPC.

Easy. Ruger SR9/9E. One of the thinnest double stack polymers available.

All good options so far...Cz rocks...Canik should be in there...kinda depends on your budget...

I picked up an M&P9 and P320 in the last few weeks and and using the small grip insert and small grip frame respectively. I'm really enjoying the fit for both of them. The P320 especially makes the P226 (which I never really minded) feel quite portly.

Browning Hi power.

I had this and the BDM listed in my first posted but I deleted them thinking they might be too 1911ish for the OP. I'm not sure what he's looking for so I stuck with the polymer suggestion.

FNS9LS, very similar grip angle to the 1911's you have and just a fantastic gun, give one a try, you won't be disappointed, the flat backstrap gives it a very slim grip

Sig P239 or P225A1
Beretta 92Compact Type M...one was on EE recently.
HK P7M8
Boberg!!! super small and slim, no pinocchio barrel, surprisingly accurate and controllable.

I had 2 BHP ( FN and a FEG ) and shot them in the army. Its not to 1911 for me. Just owing 3 1911s and a 22/45. Kinda time to step away.

I found the grip on the 225/or 228 too short.
Beretta never was my thing, I owned a compact and still brickish.

The FN interested me. But not sure if anyone around me has one.

SR9 is about as thin as they get for a dbl stack. M&P9, BHP, CZ75/85 are next in line.

Just not a fan of Ruger QC, I had some issues with them.

Just a bit worry on Ruger QC. I had it out with the warranty department.

I believe those would be too big.
The Grand Power K100 comes with four back straps. You can change the grips to fit your hands.

Another gun I wouldn't mind trying but gotta see if someone has one local.

Bought a new house so some of my toys probably have to go.

Sig P225 A1. Single stack

Saving up for one myself..

8 rounds only

Or P239

Also single stack, but super compact. 10 round mags available

Need something with a longer grip, If its anything like the 228 my pinky hung off the mag.

Star super, walther p1/38, beretta m51 and copys, tokarev.

I be shooting PPC, so need something newer. Also I got a CZ 52, also I think a Tok be close to a 1911. But I'll be getting one for my Russian gun collection.
