Dillon Square Deal B - 9mm shell plate

people at dillon's are not stupid, the shell-late will not break without something else breaking, so do not insult them by calling them and telling them a lie because they know their machines way too well. You are not talking to a McDonalds employee, you are talking to a Dillon tech, they have a lot of hours of training on these machines and they know what breaks, how it breaks and why it breaks.

Every time I lost or broke something by accident I just told them the truth 'hey I am an idiot and this happened to me, what should I do? please?' and lo and behold, they sent me parts for free. Only in the last year, they sent me parts more than 5 times.
Cost me a phone call.

Be kind to one of the only companies in the world that still delivers high class-old world customer service, and they will be kind to you.

My 2 cents.

I agree with Avenida. Dillon stands behind their product. Tell them you lost the shellplate and I bet they send you a replacement free of charge.

well the bolt that holds it down broke in half, when i put it in storage the shell plate was attached to the broken bit. not sure where it went but not there when it came out of storage.

thank you all for the tips - sounds like the best course of action is just to call Dillon.
