NEA/BCL 102 FAQ Thread

That's over a year down the road and those things will cost much more on those models.

I wouldn't expect them to be even comparable in price to the basic models,I just love that there's going to options that can be comparable to the other options.

As for the XCR comment, been there done that.

PRESS RELEASE

Black Creek Labs Acquires North Eastern Arms.

August 10, 2017

Black Creek Labs, a boutique Canadian Defense contractor acquires North Eastern Arms and one of NEA’s key Machining suppliers. The transaction brings together a team of industry leaders in the field of research, development and the manufacturing of military grade firearms and defense products. Now operating under the oversight of a distinguished board and an experienced management team, the combination of these companies will enable a significant expansion in modern machining techniques and new and innovative defense products.

As a result of the acquisition, firearms manufacturer, North Eastern Arms, has dramatically increased the resources allocated to research and development, which is already evident with the opening of a new headquarters and testing facility and multiple new products featuring some first-to-market innovations. NEA founder, Jeff Hussey said, “This group of people share our dedication to continuous improvement and the result so far has been outstanding. Our new modernized manufacturing processes and additional resources have allowed us to develop several new generation products which will be released at industry leading competitive prices.”

Black Creek Labs will be focused on equipping today’s law enforcement officer and the modern war fighter through new collaborations, expanded R&D and innovative new product design. Our dedication to creating more reliable, lighter and more accurate rifles has also directly translated to new features dedicated to the Canadian Commercial Market.

Black Creek Labs expects to be announcing new commercial product lines in early 2018 at IWA Outdoor Classics in Germany.

I'm sure there will be in the future but give it time. They have guns to built etc. As new products get released we'll announce them but right now we're focusing on getting complete guns out the door.

Perhaps update the 1st FAQ post to reflect Ryans comment on the DPMS steel mags. -

"The only magazine that it doesn't seem to like is the DPMS branded steel ones. I think it is because the mag front has a 2x thick wall where they over lap and weld it.

where's the best place Canadian to acquire a thread protector for this? not sure on what size I need just yet as not sure on barrel thickness.
But im with the select few, muzzle looks good im just not a fan of breaks or flash hiders.
thanks!

Anything that is 5/8x24 tpi will work. Barrel profile is medium, not sure of exact diameter.

Speaking of the brake, anybody know where we can find the blast shield for this?
