No hold open built into the rifle from my understanding. It does come with the folding Zhukov stock, not sure about the irons (I'm thinking not).

The Elite vomes wiht chinese knock-off copies of YHM BUIS. The cheaper Zhukov version we are getting in Canada comes with no sights - you gotta BYOB - bring your own BUIS.
 
Wanstalls, are we going to be seeing parts supply with these? Warranties are good an all, but the rifle is simple, meant to be upgradable and self serviced. Will we see these benefits in Canada, replacement parts, upgrade parts etc..

I hope so too, seeing as how they offer a lot of replacement parts on their website.
 
Is this built off the standard or elite series?

Standard = the bolt carrier and upper receiver are cast and mixed phosphate and nitriding
Elite = milled bolt carrier and upper receiver, nitriding throughout

As pictured it looks like the latest built on the elite, but there is little information I'e been able to find, given changes made to the rifle.
