M10X Announcement - Black Rifle Tax

Just that. When you see a US price, it includes the excise tax.

So you’re saying I see a US price of $1000. If imported it’s 11% cheaper then? Since the exporter no longer pays that tax, it’s reduced to $890 technically? And yet we pay the exchange and then some more normally? They really give it to us from every angle eh.

NS and M+M can keep their greasy overpriced rifle. It's the principle for me. I know what it goes for state side. Want to be greedy? Instead of part of something they can have all of nothing.

Don't forget that US gun prices include 11% excise tax that is not charged when the guns are exported

Interesting fact. Looks like M+M just shot themselves in their own foot. I predict their business won't last long and will go bankrupt, due to stiff competition leading to abysmal sales.

M+M needs to look at who does their marketing. One of the worst releases ever. Alter their us price, add match grade safety wtf does that even mean, add dmr randomly and somehow that will fool us all?

Yes, we imported the M10X and submitted it to the RCMP.

Yes, we got it non-restricted status.

Yes, we had an exclusive distributor agreement with M+M.

NO, we will NOT charge Canadian consumers double the US MSRP for 2" of barrel. We are committed to everyday low pricing. A longer barrel does not cost more money.

You'll have to get it from other retailers. We already charge our customers sales tax, we think that's enough tax.

Was this agreement in writing? Any way to file a lawsuit?

It's not like many people would pay 2k$ for an m10x while you can get the bcl102 for 1700$ anyway.

That's how I feel. Sure, x39 is cheap to shoot, but there are lots of NR x39 fun guns out there that don't have the extra Canadian tax, and I would actually hunt with a 102, but not with a M10X

Bye bye M&M ....and good luck with your fake overpriced US MSRP which just got posted to try and justify your new Canadian BS pricing.
I really wanted an M10x, but after all that has transpired, I'm out.

CanAm thank you for your initial efforts and we are all sorry to hear how you got screwed over by these jerks.
I say ship an M10x to 'The Cloner' and then flood the market with a price appropriate alternative.
I do prefer it to AK mags as they work better than the AR mags for x39.
Would you do that please....thank you.:)
