That thing looks pretty good, you guys should try to add a piece to cover the gas block a little. The whole point in my opinion of adding this extended lower hand guard is to get better position up front and to take away from the long pencil barrel. What are other guys thoughts on this. Thats why I think the magpul looks so good, it makes the barrel look a lot shorter.

Here's our latest 3d print. Still calibrating the new 3d printer so it's a bit rough.... I think we might extend it a bit so we can fit 1 more slot. Overall the shape feels good and we think it will improve the feel of the rifle. We will try an bring the prototype to the Fort Mac gun show. Thanks for you feedback on this!

Q1/2 next year eh? Keep us posted - I've been wanting one of these since you first started this thread. I know some are saying go longer, but I think the size of this prototype is just perfect. Can't wait to see the co-witness upper handguard to go with it.

No current plans to put it in production. I'm not totally happy with how it attaches to the rifle and it's proving to be very expensive to manufacture. Currently working on some other projects first.

I've also closed this thread. We will re-open it once we have production plans and timelines.
