It's nice to see that your working on a extended hand rail for the 858 . Is there anyway to have a upper and lower hand guard mate so when a optic is mounted, it will retain zero.

Just a quick update for everyone...

We do all of our rapid prototyping using 3d printing since its fast and cheap. Unfortunately our primary printer died and we have been busy fixing it. Hopefully we will have the latest, and maybe final version of the forend ready in a few days. Once we're satisfied with the printed model we will do a pre-production sample out of aluminium. Since the feedback for an extended forend is so high we're going to get these into production ASAP! (Also we want them for our rifles too....)

How long are the extended handguards going to be? I'd like 12" . The zhukov are 11.5" I think just to compare.

Just a quick update....

We've been working hard to come up with an extended forend for the Vz58. Here's our current prototype design:

We expect to have a 3d printout fitted in a day or two and hopefully an aluminium prototype soon!

Spectre, if you make an M-LOK handguard can you please put some placement slots on the bottom so we can mount a forward handgrip
