My NEA15 7.62 upper arrived yesterday and because it is a m-lok version it seems to be easier to remove the handguard then mount all the m-lok stuff. I am more used to the older AR15 handguard like the Norinco or the kind with the giant lock ring that I unlock with a wrench. This particular one has 2 horizontal screws the bottom of the handguard. (hopefully I can find a better pic later or I will take a pic when I am home). I removed the 2 screws last night but found the handguard won't move or wiggle at all. Am I still missing something or I will have to simply tap it out with some force (it is still new and shiny I don't wanna scratch it)? I guess this is the newer stuff and I am a bit old school
If you have some pic or vid or link to show me how to do it I would really appreciate it.
Btw, left a message on BCL site but I figure someone might reply a lot faster than them
Updated kinda looks like this (I can only take pic of mine once I am home after work):
