So you got a shipping notice then? Congrats.

If not, by the way, then stop blowing smoke. We were promised "severa hundred" shipping notices yesterday and today. So far - not a single notice has been confirmed. Not one.

And stop yelling at us, it's rude.

1) No, I do not have a shipping notice but unlike you children, I am able to be adult about it.

2) I purposely responded in the large font to the large font post that I quoted.

For those keeping track, TI started shipping fixed stock rifles 17 days ago and the first person to have one in hand posted here 15 days ago with photos.

In all that time, folders have yet to ship. And ti has not finished sending fixed stock rifles yet, haven't even sold them all yet.

So if they shipped 500, which they haven't, that's only 29 rifle's packed and shipped per day.

Pathetic.

Wow. When you break it down like that you have the right word there indeed.

No, I just have the info that TI has posted - same as everyone else here. Big difference is that I am not acting like a 5 year old.

It's been a year... It's not childish to say "where's my stuff I paid for?" Even Amazon, the largest online broker in the world, has a complaint button with that exact caption. If you want to say "meh, I don't care. I can wait a year. Or 18 months. Even 2 years!" you do you. Don't be getting annoyed or condescending to the rest of us who expect a contract to be honoured in a timely manner.

Ps no shipping notices yet for me, still shows deposit received.

I'm guessing it's the same for everyone who ordered the folding stock version, likely because there is something wrong that TI isn't admitting to yet.

I think when CA has a sale they are able to ship a 100+ orders a day
TI has had 2 years to plan on how to ship these rifles???
Or to busy spending our money??

Or dragging heels on purpose, trying to figure out how to avoid a flood of "give me my money back" when they admit they don't have any folders to ship.

They probably no longer have the necessary funds to refund everyone. They had to pay the Chinese. Salaries. Rent...

I'm genuinely going to cancel next week if I hear nothing because when everyone cancels, some people will be out their $1000. It's a real possibility.

Like trying to get your money from a bank when the market crashes.

I'm not a TI fan boy, this is my first order from them. I put my order in on August 16. I purchased with the knowledge that I would have to wait for them to arrive, be processed and then shipped. To me it was clear that being a product that was not yet in stock, that my expectations for delivery would be different then if it was a regular stocked item. I have had no issue with waiting, I knew that I would. Unfortunately I purchased a folder, so I have to wait a little longer. In the mean time I will just have to be patient until my order is fulfilled and I have all confidence that it will. However, in the future, I likely will never purchase anything in a similar fashion from TI. Now that I know what their processing is like, and have experienced other pre-purchase items from other dealers, TI will be a company that I will refrain from pre-purchasing from.

At least with CA you knew they where on their game, just swamped when they had a sale. And I never had a problem waiting for my CA orders, not complaining.

I took the dog for a walk and missed the letter carrier by 3 minutes. I had no idea it was coming. Got out for delivery update not long before the walk apparently

Now I gotta wait another 24 hours to get it from the 16 year old at shoppers drug mart.

There was no contract in any set time frame!

Like iv said before mine got shipped without any notification so odds are alot have been shipped without anyone getting emails. Not even the website is updated for me

There was no contract in any set time frame!

My very limited legal knowledge?? Tells me that there are 3 types of contracts.
written
verbal
implied
So you pick which ever one fits for your situation... I think all 3 apply. Because many years ago electronic statements were considered legally binding.. Facebook, CGN posts, verbal to some who have phoned in
