Very nice! What comp is that by the way

I'm thinking about the Luth Ar MBA-3 as well. Not sure about the grip yet. It is odd though spending more on the buttstock than the chassis!

All good though. It was a good deal.

Ya $269 dollar gun
$15 bases
$89 rings. 30mm
$105 scope. I cheaped out but it's a great scope
$200 chassis. 1/2 price
$67 grip
$249 bipod
Possibly $239 butt stock
$269 for another new gun with lower power scope and tradition stock
Ya. Weird how that works huh
Oh well better than hookers and cocaine

Magpul CTR with the 0.75" cheek riser. Makes for a very tight cheek weld.

I got playing with my buttstock off my just right carbine and it was a perfect cheek height for me. I have a 50 mm scope too.
I ended up ordering Canadian national arms buttstock buffer tube and castle nut from a site sponsor
At least I'll get it shooting while I decide if ill get an adjustable stock since I don't really need it now

Your picture had me wondering if I'd need a riser. I thought I would because they're advertised as being lowered for use of iron sights. Xmas time must be really slowing up shipping. There's a 1-3 day lapse from order to shipping. Usually it only takes 2-3 days to arrive
I think I'm going to like the chassis though. I shot a bunch of groups before I swapped the stocks with a variety of ammo. I want to see if it makes a difference. It should because the factory plastic stock would touch the barrel on the right side and had flex to it just by gripping the rifle with my shooting hand

I needed a riser, wasn't quite getting a cheek rest without it. A shame because I really prefer the MFT Minimalist stock. But I needed extra high rings to clear that scope so that pretty much made the decision for me.

I cheated and went with a 30 mm tube and .35" rings. I had to notch my scope cover but there's light between the scope and barrel. Hope mine looks as good as yours when I get the rest of the parts on it. It should look almost identical to when I had my tube and buttstock from my jrc on it. Can't wait to see if it improves my groups

The remaining parts came in from true north arms today. I'm really loving this chassis! Tomorrow I'll see if it improved the accuracy

Definitely an improvement over the factory plastic stock of the FV model
