Phoned GRECH OUTDOORS to see if they had a Mossberg barrel in stock and they said probably so - in the back room. They would not look for me just then but said to email them my inquiry. I did (Nov. 2nd) and have been waiting for a reply since. I'm not holding my breath.

I'm wondering if all those unhappy with Grech would email CZ as well as the Canadian importers previously listed here in this thread by Wolverine and inform them that they will no longer be purchasing CZ firearms until such time as a better warranty depot and warranty service has been provided in Canada.

Albertz - if I were you I would ask the retailer to give you a refund or a new gun and let them handle the repair work through the warranty center and when they see how badly they get treated maybe they will contact CZ and tell them to get a different guy looking after the warranties
I will try. If they allow me to make an exchange that will solve my problem. However, until I talk to the shop owner next Tuesday I don’t know how they will handle it. Wish I could add a picture here so you can see the difference between a good 527 bolt and a bad 527 bolt / an unfinished bolt...

I really hope my CZ 452 Varmint never breaks down. There is no way in H&#L i am sending it to Grech Outdoors.

This bolt needs a lot of rework.
My biggest question is since there is a 3-shot shooting test paper in the box when I received the gun, I wonder how did they do the test if the gun doesn’t even take cartridges???

I am hitting 11 months waiting for my warranty work from Gretch with no contact since Aug after I sent them daily emails. Owned 7 CZs and sold them all after my experience. Would never buy one again because of warranty issues. Regardless the size of the market you need to respect your customers even if it is 1 or 10000000000.
It seems that Grech has some "service" issues.
I called them for pricing on some projectiles as they don't provide pricing on their web site. The woman answering the phone seemed to be in a real rush so I asked her if it would be better for her if I sent an email with the list of items I was looking for. She said that they would respond within 24 hours.
I immediately sent an email with the product description and product code. Three weeks later and no response. Can't say that i buy or refer them. Poor!
By comparison, I just placed an order with X-Reload for brass and projectiles. Had a few questions which were immediately answered in detail. Job done with first rate service.

Just bought a Tikka T3X CTR today, first thing I checked was the action... lol �� I am still so nervous since I haven’t fired it yet.
Agreed. I am hitting a year now without my CZ 527 carbine after the stock cracking behind the receiver literally after the first day at the range. I have contacted Grech way too many times to mention and CZ directly. To this day, still nothing but wasted time and really sore feelings about CZ and Grech.
