Bighorn or Ultimatum action?

Looking for a new action. Can anyone provide first hand experience with either one of these? Pro's, con's and distributors would be greatly appreciated.

I got the Bighorn, I wouldn't have steered from that decision even to support canadian
slicker then a Tikka
 
TL3 all the way. Ultimatum has not addressed their poor bolt timing and still has issues. Gary is great to deal with as well. Cant go wrong
 
I want a tl3 action for a 223 rifle. The wait time keeps me from ordering one. Think I may just have to suck up the wait time. I’ve never had a custom gun built for me so I don’t know who to go to for putting a barrel on the action if I order one.

I'm curious as to what you're referring to - What issues have you experienced with yours? I haven't heard anyone withv problems with the deadline other than trying to fit a the action into a two lug Remington chassis.

I looked on their web site and they have a customize your action app that I used. To me it appears to be $1250 for a short action and $1350 for a long. That may change with different options I didn't check. What I didn't see was if it is a Remington clone for stock selections.
