Will these only fit 98 actions or will they fit a 96 as well?
The Shaw barrels are quite long, and heavier profile. Still haven't made up my mind on having it shortened, blued or some other finish. Eventually a nice laminate stock will finish it off, but the Hogue soaks up a bit of the recoil.

Good barrels probably, good price for sure. I only have factory M70's one in 7x57 and one in 7x64, both are quite good shooters.
I don't know if "fully chambered" means it will simply screw on and headspace properly on YOUR Mauser, that seems to be a bit of a gamble I would think. It may mean more work then anticipated however, where reamers, cutting, threading, etc will be required.
I went with the 26" Shaw short chambered they have in 9.3x62 and put it together on a spare K98 receiver, worked out quite well... good velocity, quite accurate.
To my eyes that looks long, even more so for a 9.3.
Not a bad price for a new barrel. No accuracy issues with any of my Zastava rifles.

Would that barrel screw onto a Husqvarna rifle? I have one in 220 swift from the 50s that is just sitting around. I would love a 9.3x 62.
