I started a couple of threads on the IPSC Ontario forum (you have to log in to see them):

Some good info there to guide you when casting your vote.
My last post pretty much sums it up as I see it:
I've done a bit of digging and see three options to fix this mess:
I've had an email conversation with ######, he states he has contacted the Board offering to help but has been ignored. If the Board reached out to him I think a deal could be made to fix and maintain the existing site, the costs for which are to be determined. This of course leaves ###### with the source code so any future developments/maintenance would have to be done by him.
I have been in touch with a software developer and a ballpark figure to start from scratch would be $40-$50K. For that price IPSC Ontario would own the source code and the IP so we ourselves could maintain/add to it as needed down the road. There would be no annual maintenance fees, just an hourly rate if needed. Hosting fees would be extra of course.
Use Practiscore for match sign up and leave the website as is or re-build it for stat keeping, public information etc. I haven't been able to find much info on this option but I'm told it has limitations such as no waiting list and privacy concerns to name a few.
I'm sure this will not be addressed until the new Board comes in Feb 24th but after that date we should expect to see some progress on this. With over 1800 members and $180,000 in the bank we certainly deserve better than what we have today.
