I have the same problem so I solved it by shopping elsewhere. Some level of security is good to keep out the riffraff but some sites are going too far for some of us with old eyes.

I think sometimes there are two "words" in the box. I never know if you are only supposed to type the first word, or both words , or both words together or with a space ? Eventually I get it but never remember what I did right.

The only Captcha I have seen on Henry's website is on the Contact Us page and it is a simple Check Box / Check Mark. What am I missing?
