^^^^^ I agree I purchased the Canadian grips in aluminum but went back to the originals, they seem to be much more comfortable for meI found the aluminum grips to small ,I could put my finger in the guard, up to my second knuckle
The original black rubber grips are much thicker and fits my hand perfect.
So ,ya grips make a difference.
There was a couple sets for sale on the EE. (Aluminum).
I could not imagine that it could be significantly better the the 1 can you explain?
Just a side note here , I understand the new Shadow 2 is too heavy for IDPA, so if that’s your thing you’ll want to stick with the ( slightly ) lighter models. I’ll be trying out a new to me Shadow 1 for the first time tomorrow. Having owned and tried 5 or 6 striker fired “ Tupperware” handguns last year it will be interesting to see what a full metal da/sa feels and shoots like.
