Hello everyone. I'm wondering from people who have used Maple Ridge Armoury barrels what kind of accuracy, function, fit finish, etc. your seeing from them? Specifically there Guardian series of barrels. I'm interested in getting one of the 18.6 inch guardian barrels but have seen no reports on them so far.

I have one of their stainless spiral fluted 18.6" barrels on order (backorder)
I'm guessing it will be 1moa or slightly better with quality ammo, just going off what I've read on their site though. Stainless, match grade, 223 wylde, button rifled, air guaged, sounds good to me.
I orderer one about a week after I heard ATRS would be making the MV-s receiver set.
If I get the barrel before the receiver set it will go into my AR that will end up being the parts donor for the MV-s for barrel break-in and load development.

Lol. Thanks! Do they make their own barrels? Use someone else’s blanks? Retailer or manufacturer or both?
History?

Not sure what blanks they use but they are the manufacturer. Looks like they are retailing directly on their website now too but originally they were only available through their dealers. I got my 16.1" Match Series upper from True North Arms. Haven't been out enough to test it for accuracy yet as it is the middle of winter but it ran flawlessly through the first 200 rounds.

I messaged them to ask this question. Waiting for a reply.

No clue on the origin of blanks but the steel is 4140 and apparently they use NEA barrels. Nothing on their site reflects their claim of being "Canada's leading supplier of premium firearms". Not even close! Their guardian series barrels are 4150 CMV. The side set screw "Pincer" gas block is an inferior mounting style. NEA handguards which I don't think are properly licensed M-LOK products. But hey, cheap stuff right!!

seriously dude just go away

Cause wen you read the description it says all the right stuff , but I want more info before I would drop major coin on a "no name brand" barrel.

I ordered a stainless with spiral fluting, once they are back in stock and ship it to me I'll be posting pics and doing a range report. If you can wait the answers will be coming. For $300ish dollars it isn't really that much money so the description was enough for me to take the risk.
I'll be putting it into an AR upper until ATRS releases the MV-s receivers then it and all my other parts will be finding a new home :)

I don't see the benefits of their barrel. Seems to be a comparable price to other quality barrels from more established brands.
