AK mags
If you plan on exporting this rifle to the US and overseas eventually you should not base your decision on the 5 or 10 round mag limitations.
I think an AK mag version would be a nice alternative and you will reach a much wider base, even just in Canada.
I'm sure the aftermarket, or you would take care of building and making money off of AR mag adapters.
I don't understand the whole redesign will cost more bit people are talking about. This rifle had to be designed as well... it is not an exact replica, some things are different and needed design time and they are still $995. Designing a mag well is not rocket science and cnc's cut what they are told too... no new tooling is required
If a new frt is required for the AK version you could start making ×39 uppers as a conversion kit in the meantime and everyone is happy.
And how many 7.62x39 AR got sold? It is quite pothetic. Yet, before M+M and NS fiasco, M+M potential availability created a storm of requests for AK mags. Something to keep in mind.
He gets the last laugh when you scramble to buy AK mags for $80, if you can find then, when AK mags were $10 in the day.
Ahahahahhahahahahhahaa. Drum mags. And you’ve got two! Pinned to 5 rounds! Oh you poor thing. Thats the saddest thing I’ve seen on CGN this month.
You’ve spent so long withy the AK mags you’ve got Stockholm Syndrome.
But.....but..... why buy some many when you have the chance too???
Or would that be called a mag whore in your eyes still Deckard
The greatest mag whore would be the one who bought all the AK mags everywhere. We'd tip our hats. Conversely, buying out rarer propietary mags so nobody else can have any is douchey. That's mag whoreding to be a dink.
