So I started shopping for a new bolt action rifle this week, long story short now I have a Sig P320, a Glock 21 Gen 4 and a S&W M&P 2.0 in different shopping carts. All .45 ACP, striker fired, polymer handguns and all of which I know nothing about. I've watched a bunch of review videos but to be honest they don't help a lot, they all just say that they are all great guns and no gun shops anywhere near me have anything in stock besides the M&P so it'll be an online purchase without trying any out. Does anybody have any opinions on these? Thanks.

In my opinion the best pistol is the one that is comfortable for you. You will get more confusion asking your question here. Do not get swayed by the fanboys and the haters (i am both...haha). Out of the three you mentioned, it's all about what's the most comfortable for you. By the way, why .45acp?

Also, the MP45's recoil is nearly identical to the .40. Tested it last weekend. I'd get the 45. (vice the .40)
I'd go try the 320 in a store also. They're big guns. If you can't feel one, you can order the grip (full size - medium grip), and you'll get a good feeling for it. It's 60$ ish.
If it doesn't do it for you, you can sell the grip on the EE afterwards.

They do... but no extended barrels for the compact version of the 320/.45
. such bullsheetYa, I have large hands so the bigger the grip the better for me until you get into the desert eagle, that thing is like holding a 2x4. I'm going .45 because I already have a 9mm Beretta and a .40 S&W P226 clone. So I'm looking for a new caliber and something different.

A CGNer friend of mine shoots his M&P .45 in IDPA. I barely beat him by under a second in our last match! He made the .45 sing like a 9mm with no real time loss. All comes down to practice. .45 is a great caliber, if you can afford it!

I was shopping .45s about a month ago. Did the online/YouTube research on most of the major ones available. I didn’t make a final decision until I tried all of them out at a shop. Went with the M&P 2.0 because it felt best in hand. Some of the others were too big for my smaller hand. Good luck.

I like the ergonomics of the M&P over the Glock, that being said I like shooting both. They both point and shoot nicely for me, haven’t held or shot the Sig. since I already have an M&P9 I’d go for the glock. They are a bit on the blocky side in the ergo dept but nothing I couldn’t deal with, I like them both.

Personally I am a Glock fan, so the G21 gets my vote.
Realistically all three you listed will serve you a lifetime, almost regardless of how much abuse they get. As others have said, how it fits your hand, and/or how well you shoot it is the biggest factor that should affect your choice. With limited stock available in your area, maybe post a "wanted to shoot" thread, and see if someone on here is local enough to help out with a test fit and or shoot at a local range.
If that is not an option, my next best idea is to buy all 3 on the EE and do the comparison yourself. Once you decide, sell two off and keep the third. Even with a small loss on each and added shipping, you will have spent less than the cost of buying it new, and you know you got the best gun for you.
Even if you sell all three after your comparison, because you want to own a brand new gun, you will only be out $150-200 overall. Whereas if you buy a new G21 for example $850+shipping+tax then don't like it then sell it on EE for $700-$725 you will be down $200 and still left to decide between the M&P and Sig, needing to buy & try one or both of them.
I've bought lots of used guns on here with no issues of note, in fact I am waiting on the CFO to approve my used G21 G4 I recently bought on EE. Of the other 4 Glocks I own, two were bought used, and the other 6 pistols I own, 3 were bought used.

Thanks for the input everybody. I ended up ordering the Glock. Most people on here seem to like the Glock and the trend I saw on every review for the Sig or M&P was the reviewer starting with "With the success of Glock, (insert manufacturer here) decided to try their hand at making a striker fired pistol." So I thought why not just get a Glock.
