Brought in a laser battery pack for my EOTech 512 and later a shotgun. A major Canadian EOTech dealer claimed the laser was unimportable! Both transactions were exceeding smooth and professional. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. But as others have said, you have to be patient with their importation cycle. The schedule is clearly explained though.

I ordered an pistol length Ar15 upper from them in 7.62x39. It arrived in a timely manner and I didn't have any issues the first time I ordered. Much later, they posted a thread about how they just got 10rnd beowulf mags in. I got excited and immediately played 2 orders. I got an emailed later saying that I needed to pay shipping and taxes in Canada, which I immediately did. A week later I got a call from someone from I run gun saying that I still haven't paid the Canadian portion yet. I told them I did and he apologized for the mistake after looking at my shipment again. When I got the mags they were pinned to just 2 rounds! Apparently the RCMP demands all beowulf mags be pinned to 2 rnds instead of 5. I did not know this and nowhere was it stated on Irunguns website and CGN posts at the time. They did not take me seriously and kept on claiming that they're working something out with the RCMP or w/e and REFUSED to let me send the mags back for a refund, despite the fact that they were never taking out of the packaging. They falsely advertised the mags and claimed that it was my responsibility to be up to date with whatever lunacy the RCMP is up to at the time. The original thread about the beowulf mags was deleted, my comments were deleted and most likely this post will be deleted as well. That's the kind of retailer Irungun is.

I've only dealt with IRG once but the transaction was smooth and I ended up saving quite a bit of money over buying from a strictly Canadian vendor.

I haven't had any issues with orders I've placed with them, email inquiries etc...don't always get answered. Patience is a virtue.

^^Yes that can get very frustrating if you have a more complex order that needs communication.

I dealt with them twice, first time received a rifle with a different stock than pictured, the second time the rifle showed up poorly packaged with bluing wear from the barrel sticking out during shipping, There were numerous other problems at the time with their website and border delays, some of the issues were not in their control but their apathy about the things that they could have controlled
have convinced Me to shop elsewhere. They did send a shirt but I would prefer bluing on the rifle

I bought a Mossberg 375 ruger. It arrived with a cracked stock. Not from shipping, this was obviously shipped from the factory like this. Received it in November, still waiting for "warranty" service from Mossberg. IRG would not do anything about it. Stock shipped back to them months ago. Peeved that I had to be quality control for Mossberg and now have a "warranty" issue when I should have just been sent a new rifle. Shipping was on my dime as well. As someone else said if you are aware of their policies they are OK...very frustrating that they would not help me out though. They probably will lose me as a customer over this.

Same as me, that' s really bad ! but irungun don' t refund , and don' t care !

I purchased a 1911 from them, I didn't know the process, the guy over the phone walked me through it, and 3 days later the gun was at my door. Shipped with a shirt, I would do business with irunguns any day! A+ service in my books. Thank you!

I ordered a 300 blk ar pistol Jan 25 and surprisingly the specific make/model doesnt have an frt # yet... unfortunately im Still waiting on the rcmp to give it one but IRG has done great keeping me informed and putting up with my weekly bothering to see of anything has changed. I would recommend them !

I ordered an EAA Witness back in February, but I was heading out of town for the month of March, so needed a bit of special handling from these folks. They (specifically Allen) looked after everything and held the pistol once it arrived until I was back. Everything went without a hitch. The pistol was everything I had hoped it would be and arrived in tip-top shape. As others have said, if you are an impatient type and not content to work within their (well-advertised) import / shipping cycle, then this is not the vendor for you. But if you are looking for something that is maybe not so common in Canada, then they can get it done for you. I have a second order in with them now.

I have dealt with them for a few gun sales and have always received top shelf service, I had a terrible run of luck with a 10/22 that kept showing up in the mail with a cracked stock and they went above and beyond to get it sorted out I would deal with them a tonne more if our dollar wasn't so crappie!!

I had a bad experience where I placed an order for a 10/22 VLEH on a Friday morning and then called them Friday at lunch to cancel the order ... No one answered the phone so I left a detailed message about my order cancellation. Never got any response back so I called on Monday to ensure that they got my message and they said they already have the gun ready for shipment and cannot cancel.
