What is your black bear rifle for this year?

it had always been my BLR in 308 win, but since I had a close encounter with a grizzly while black bear hunting...it is one on my Zastava 9.3x62s now - most likely with RWS 293 gr Brenneke torpedo (or UNI classic as they call it after the lawsuit) factory ammo.
I will go with iron sights this year (will sight in with my Leupy 3-9x in quick detach rings just in case since my eyesight started letting me down).

Been one of my favorites, on Moose especially in those thicker and close situations. Handloads using the Hornady 265gr are #1.

Like your choices and similar to them, I have a Winchester model 71 deluxe itching to prove itself. Also, and destined to be designated as my 'wet coast'/Vancouver Island #1, a fairly recently acquired Lipsey Ruger Hawkeye RSI in 7x57mm.
