Norc 1911 Supply?

I also would like to know when Marstar will be getting more in. I just received my RPAL and want an NP-29 as my first gun.

If no one knows/posts by monday, I'll be emailing them, which I guess is the best thing to do anyways.

I have asked Marstar about the shipment. They said the earliest would be August. I'm waiting for the NP29 too.

Don't buy ONE NP29 ! No sireee !

Buy TWO of them. I did and I regret selling them both. Yes, the went to members of the CGNutz community and they are happy with those babies.

+1 on that...

If they land here & cost $350'ish again it would be worthwhile to acquire a "brace" of them... one of the best deals going for a 9mm on the 1911 frame...

Often the "slow boat from China" sinks somewhere offshore.
Don't ever get your hopes up on something in a container arriving from China.

These days, anything shooting related, you jump on it when its there, otherwise it passes you by and it could be a long while before another one shows up.

I ran out of powder a month ago, none (Titegroup) to be found. New shipment arrived, I now buy it 10# at a time.

When did Marstar have a supply of 1911's and who long does there stock lasts????

It was my experience, the shipment will arrive after you forgot to check their website and the stock will only last until you saw someone got a NP 29 from them and you check their website out and found SOLD OUT.:D

I`ll remember this:rockOn:

Just check their website twice a week. As soon as the NP-29's are in stock, don't procrastinate, order at least one immediately.

I was looking at their website for somethng else, saw that the N(-29's were in stock and ordered one on the spot. Great pistol!

I didn't take this advice last May when the slow boat arrived and just bought one. I have often regretted this decision as I wanted to dress and work on the second and keep one stock. So listen to what the man says and purchase two.
Grotto.

Arg, I want to buy my first handgun, and the NP29 is what I'm after. I'm DYING to hit the range and start spending all my paychecks. Is there anywhere else I can try to find one besides for Marstar and Dark?

Is it common for small local shops to carry Norinco, or are they a bit of a online only kinda thing? I'm not a big fan of the one shop here, maybe I'll call around Victoria.

:(
