BCL 102 stripped receiver set thread

Damn the barrel nut threading is tight! I'm scared to put some effort behind it in fear of wrecking the BCL threads.

I did yep, now just gotta find a replacement handguard so it's sitting as a stripped upper kinda lol

Hey guys, I don't wanna hijack the thread, but do you have suggestions for a good 18.5-20 inches, 1:10 twist, threaded muzzle, 400-600$ barrel? I guess medium profile would be good, but I don't really care about the weight.

That's pretty much the only thing I need to complete my BCL102. Ohhh, that and the screw Ryan is sending me next monday!

Send Jerry at mystic precision a message. He posted a write up on a McGowan he did for another 102 and it looks like a winner. Good pricing too. Bought a few things from him over the years and it’s always been a great experience.

I dont think any exist. I looked at about half a dozen before I gave up and dremeled my raptor.

Its a feature Im just glad the Gen 1 receiver sets dont require to bastardize a 60$ CH...lol...

I did, thanks for the tip.The pricing is very good indeed but it would take 3-4 months to get my barrel, and I can't wait any longer! Maybe for a 6.5 Creedmoor eventually.

I have an Armalite AR10 charge handle that looked real similar to the BCL charge handle (ear tabs) I sold the BCL one so I can't take photos and my gun is taken apart so I can't even test the Armalite one lol

Ya can anyone confirm some bolt carrier groups that fit in the gen2 receiver I'm debating on aero precision ar308 but I don't want to buy a paper weight
