As stated previously somewhere else ( I cannot remember the exact page/thread ). We are looking at July at the very earliest but I am not expecting them for at least a few months. July will only happen if the stars align and everything comes together without a hiccup. This means the US state Department goes into over drive and Freedom Ordnance gets everything in high gear and gets our rifles produced. A better "ETA" is going to be late summer/fall.

Because that is the earliest possible time the first batch will arrive if everything goes 100% to plan as explained in 303's post above.

If you want/need a new gun that badly; Just buy something that's already on the shelf.

You could have simply bought an existing 9mm rifle.
And you would have already been shooting it months ago.

Last I heard from wolverine its potentially Sept/Oct.... its a preorder and they look fun. The new toys should be ready to put under the Christmas Tree. Any sooner will just be a bonus.

If you want a 9mm non restricted now the Beretta 9mm carbine looks pretty nice. Instead of gkock mags it takes 92fs mags so depends what you have a stash of i guess.

I’ve been into wolverine an held their test one, and for me it’s more then worth the wait for an FX-9. Also Wolverine is thus far to me been one of the best at giving detailed updates as soon as they have new the info to update us..

I keep getting antsy, going back and watching some fx-9 review vids, and checking these threads. Yet I have a 9mm PCC at home. I may have a problem

Everything remains the same as previously stated at this time. Late Summer/Fall is what I am expecting still.

Initial we were told "as early as July" since then the manufacture has been pushing back his delivery date. We should have an update with in the next two weeks.
