Wow! You drove all the way down to Arizona to take it back!? Canada Post ain't that bad!... Dillon sevice counter didn't even look at it. They had a complete replacment measure on the counter before I started to tell them how it broke.
if only they'd do something decent for the crappy 1050 shellplate I have. It's cracked around one of the case positions and they want to charge me $100 USD to purchase and ship it.
Their customer service is certainly impressive... But Dillon probably isn't licensed to print money, so who's paying for all the "no questions asked" instant replacement policy and airmail delivery? You're paying for it up front when you buy their products, hence why the Dillon stuff is a little more than the competition.
