P*** off the Canadian Goverment Buy handgun for $47 shipped!!

yeah, If you already own restricted stuff then it does not matter.

Not long ago I realized I had not owned anything restricted for a couple years, and then one day I realized that my buying choices had left me in a state whereas I didn't even own anything with a semi-automatic action. It was a weird day to be sure. Eventually got another SKS (probably my6th in my lifetime, and now I don't even own it :p), and then a while back I bought a stripped AR lower, just to have some skin back in the game.

Anyone whom is licensed RPAL. But has zero guns should be all over this.... END all over it.... But those people aren't likely here....

These should be bought up as a slush fund to transfer to people later...because the grandfathering could be used this would give them a placeholder

I'm with the guys who say buy a gun you can use. Can't actually use it as a paperweight I assume.

That is a neat idea. You could use it as a paperweight, so long as it was unloaded, rendered inoperable by means of a secure locking device, securely attached to a non-portable structure in such a manner that it cannot readily be removed, and not displayed with and is not readily accessible to ammunition. Hmmm... a 'coffee-table Tokarov'...

Is this stripped frame of unverifiable caliber and manufacturer with no barrel going to be knowigly registered by you guys as a handgun?

If it can be converted from a paper weight to a stapler then it will be prohibited :)

ok , what are so many people having a hard time with this concept?

weather you have restricted gun or not, the more we have the harder it we be for the Gov.ca to try and ban it

1 more guns makes more work to try and ban them

2 any new Rpals with a restricted makes it harder to ban.

regardless if it is $47 or it's $4700 it's still deemed a restricted firearm and for every "registered" restricted firearm is just that.
It would be better if the numbers of PAL/RPAL increased but numbers speak volumes.

Agreed. If I could reach new Rpal holders I would tey and get this too them.
As you can tell I'm not trying to many any money out of this .
Just teying to get those numbers up!!

Point 1 is false. Writing legislation to ban is the same whether its one or ten million. The government wont actually put much wffort into enforcement, same as the last 30 times they banned this or that.

Point 2 is absolutely valid and vital. It doesnt matter how many guns there are. 10 million guns in the hands of one person and banning guns is super easy. Trudeau cares about votes, not guns. Same as Scheer. We dont need to care about the number of guns as much as the number of gun owners. For a handgun ban, yes, increasing handgun owners is key.

I own handguns that work, so only handguns that work interest me. Seriously for how much more can I have a whole tokarev?

For anyone with RPAL and no handgun this is perfect, but this frame isnt even useful as a paperweight. I think I am going to offer to buy one of these for everyone RPAL holder I know who doesnt own a gun. Which is like 3.

Funny to see some one selling a bunch of them. I am actually donating my two stripped pistol frames to handgunless RPAL holders.

For the people wondering, finding the parts for less than the cost of just buying a complete tokarev don't exist, I tried. Maybe that will change one day. Tradex did once sell tokarev parts kits.

This truly is just a middle finger to trudeau

IIRC, those parts kits were like $10 less than a complete gun lol

I already have a handgun or two, so I'm gonna pass on this offer... But it's a nice idea for those who are worried and a future handgun ban.
