Gatehouse looses his mind

Everyone wants 375 Ruger. grin

Not everyone, of course. A guy like you seems to have little need for a short, compact, ultra handy rifle, teamed up with a powerful cartridge.

A guy like me, I can use one though. Clearly the people coming into Bartells store can use one, too.

I don't have much need for a pump rifle, so I don't buy one. May work for you, though:dancingbanana:

I do expect the 375 Ruger Alaskan to be more popular in western Canada and Alaska than the east.

I was just in Bartell's store a week or so ago and had the pleasure of meeting Mr Bartell for the first time...

I'll tell you why the 375 Ruger is in high demand out there because they have big bears in them thar hills around him... :)

Anyone that is a nay sayer against this round just doesn't have much outdoor experience where the animals are big and scary...

There aren't many 375s of any stripe here in the east. Most folk here are afraid of the recoil of anything over a 30/06.

Here it's 270, 303, 30/30, .308, 30/06 or nothing, with the odd 22/250 for deer.

Simple evolution. I'm told that humans used to walk on all fours, as well.:dancingbanana:

Maybe your family, but mine always walked upright.
