Bevan is doing it for me and he always treats me well. I forgot to ask.How much is that going to cost?

Barrel swap only. It's on a long 700 action. Custom dies are the biggest hassle. What all is involved to complete that project?? Just a barrel swap, or are other mods needed? I have a .338 that may go that way someday, cuz you know I NEED one in Ontario.![]()

A good reason to go with the .375 Ruger, standard action with dies available., but maybe no reamers yet...
I'm using a standard action and dies are available. CH sells dies for $72.45US, and 338 brass is easy to get. It doesn't give the same velocities as the Ruger, but it does equal the H&H, besides I'm too wimpy to shoot the KING OF THE 375s anyways.A good reason to go with the .375 Ruger, standard action with dies available., but maybe no reamers yet...
I got my RCBS dies on the EE for under $100.Last I checked, Redding stocks 375 338 dies.
SO you are using a factory wood stock? how about iron sights? Or clean barrel?
