What cantilever mount are you using on your Stag-10 (or BCL, etc.)

I was super hyped to get a cant mont for my AR-15 until I noticed so many people who didn't use them. I sort of want to avoid the extra weight. Still haven't decided yet.
 
Thethe only way to get a good cheek weld is to use 1.5" rings as the stock is at the same height as the receiver unlike a bolt action rifle.

I would lap a PEPR. I do it to all my rings, unless a manufacturer specs say otherwise.

Any ring that will place the centre of the optic 1.5” above the receiver. Most conventional rings would be considered xtra high but manufacturer specs can vary.
 
Vortex precision extended for Nikon Black 1000 4-16x on a BCL. The extended accommodated my scope placement for eye relief.
 
If running a 30mm or larger scope tube diameter, just run a set of 1.5" high rings. The AR10 sized rifles have usually just enough rail space for a set of rings. I prefer the ATRS ones. I put a Vortex HD LH 3-15x42 on my Stag, it is 1" diameter, couldn't find quality rings high enough, so I went with a Aero Precision cantilever mount. As it was the lightest option I could find.

For mounts I've used Aero Precision (hard to level), ADM (good mid priced option), JP Enterprises (super nice & rock solid) and SPUHR (nicest of them all, but not cheap)

After seeing that few one-pieces are actually lightweight I decided on Nightforce Ultralight 1.5" 4-screw individual rings. Ordered from Precision Optics in Quesnel, BC. ($220). They're tucked in the back of a small market but have only higher end rifles and optics.

Excellent choice. I was going to order a couple extra pairs of them to keep around.
