Here's my experience with RCBS.
Sunday mailman knocks on the door with my order of RCBS dies for the 38-55, went to check the dies and the expander only measured .374" if not mistaken.
So yesterday i called RCBS and was put on hold for about 10 minutes or so, got somebody on the phone again saying that they were experiencing a high level of calls and whenever one of their technicians become available they would contact me.
Today got a call from RCBS and i explained to the lady that i was going to be loading .379" cast bullets and the the expander that came with the dies were only .374" and wouldn't work.
She said that they had a 377.5" expander, she asked for my address and they were going to send me the expander, i asked how much the expander was and she said it was free of charge and the shipping was on them too.
Her words were ( we just want to make sure you have the right tools)
