hunting with a ghillie suit

.then again these are crazy BC Deer probably half stoned from nibbling on grow ops in the woods.

Well you're almost right... they're half stoned and they figure you look like the kind of guy that might have a twinkie or two on him... :D

I think camo for deer is bunk. Movement and smell are most of the game. Sure, i wear a camo jacket, but it's more for me than the deer :)

yea u prolly have to bate them with a slice of pizza and a bed to crawl into serious warning on this though it may attract hippies

I don't know about Sask, but here in BC if noticed you would prob' get shot by a poacher thinking they finally found a Sasquatch. :D

THATS A GUY IN A GHILLI SUIT!? Whoops! Anybody have a shovel they can lend me?

It seems to me these suits are designed for concealment in a stationary location. Animals cue on movement and with all that fabric moving around there will be a lot of movement to cue on.
It would be an impractical suit to wear in a compound bow hunting situation, to much stuff for the string to hang up on.

The ones I use are great for stalking game.
They don't work well for crawling, but because of the design and material, I have never had to crawl.

I also use mine for bow hunting. You just have to be smarter than the bowstring.:D Armguard and away we go.

They are awesome for bowhunting.

I typically use my for archery season, sitting or stalking. I use it for migratory birds in the field or on the shore. I use it for big game while watvhing fields or meadows. I would not call predators without it. I use my suit over a hundred days a year. Do you think that is because it doesn't work????:p:p

Yah know normally I'm not into all the camo stuff, but there have been a few times when it was better to stay out of sight of fellow hunters, that were how should I put it...rather twitchy, and tended to used their rifle scope as a spotting scope.

I'll be in touch. :)
