Never mind.... watched the video. Boy that's a lot of grease on thd barrel! And it rotates?!?

Yes and it needs to be lubed every 150 rounds or so.

The improved pistols (original Boberg design in the video) made by Bond Arms have certain high stress points like the locking lug and the barrel coated in NP3 that reduces action friction tremendously. All you really need is a drop or two of gun oil to lubricate these parts.

For those with original Bobergs, Bond Arms will replace/coat parts with NP3 at no charge if you are able to get those parts to the US and back.

By design, a hold-open feature wouldn't make any sense with that gun. Gotta actually learn to use that loaded chamber indicator.

Not only that, but most hold opens rely on the follower of the magazine pushing on something. This gun doesn't have a follower, just a spring (unless Bond arms changed that?).

Recency passed on a Boberg in 45 for $1700, nib. Just wasn't sure about reliability, and parts. Then it was scooped up.
I was actually hoping this would happen eventually.
Always wanted one.
I'll wait for the 45 version.
