A bit more testimonial and a bit of explanation

You dont need groupies but your self esteem is so low you feel the need to talk out your rear end to put someone down that has the resume to speak with authority about a product. A product that the manufacturer CHOSE to use his endorsement - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_v8b2H2_TE - Your just another internet hater keyboard warrior that wouldn't repeat a word of what you said to his face. LOL

Lol the structured barrel might be worth the cost but as you can tell by all the key board warriors very few people actually go out and shoot enough to gain the advantage it would give, this company seems to produce top notch products and i’m sure they pick who they hang out with very carefully. I wonder how our snipers shoot out too 2.2miles? probably with something from this company.
A barrel is still a consumable product. It will wear out and eventually have to be replaced. Unless these barrels are priced competitively with other barrels known to produce 1 hole groups, I wouldn't be buying one. Need proof that they can shoot better than a custom Benchmark before its even worth considering. What is the advantage of a 2" diameter barrel unless you are running a rail gun or heavy gun I wonder?
Can anyone give a decent explanation of what the hell they're trying to sell? I can't watch YouTube right now, and I'll never watch Tibo Rex, he takes 30 minutes to extol 3 minutes worth of useful info... And I can't stand youtube videos that are significantly longer than they need to be - Hickok45 and IV8888 suffer from the same problem, I don't need a 30 minute video to explain what could be said in 5 or 10 minutes... Time is money, if you want my time to make you money make my investment worth it...
Just read about it on the manufacturers website: https://www.tacomhq.com/civ-structured-barrels.html
No need to waste time trying to decipher what Rex says in his YouTube video.
Well if it proves itself in the ELR 2000yd+ range, then those guys have nothing but money anyway. Maybe that guy attempting a 5000yd shot or whatever it is will use one of these structured barrels??At about x3 times the cost, it would be hard for most to justify. I personally will be a Krieger, Bartlein, Benchmark, HH, etc. for a third of the price, and eat the little extra time and money in load development.
For damn near everyone, the juice won't be worth the squeeze.

I believe Paul Philips and Derek Rodgers are testing these barrels. Not sure if others in the 5000+ arena, such as Chase Stroud and other Team AB shooters are trying it out yet.
Does it even matter though? Isn't ELR shooting as much about reading environmental factors as it is the guns inherent accuracy?

For this very reason I usually look for text based reviews on guns I'm interested in, much easier to skim through and find the bits that appeal to me without wasting a bunch of my time...
I have this attitude as well. What's your take on 8541 Tactical lately? I liked his stuff but seems like for the last 9 months he's been coasting, not really answering questions in the mailbag instead getting on his soap box for most of an hour. And not reviewing much at all lately.
Look at the company he keeps and the people that choose to associate with him - I will take his list over yours any day![]()
Yes post count is a good indication of ones knowledge.with a total of 5 posts you seem to know nothing except to eat your plate clean so your mommy can wash the dishes faster in order to tuck U in at night
