RCBS costumer service

Costumer service? Isn't that what Trudeau used on the India trip? Tax-payer funded as well. :)

I think RCBS went through a period a few years ago when they transitioned Customer Service to a new service group. There were some hiccups but they had it ironed out quickly.

Dealt with RCBS customer service twice now. Very good service. No nonsense. Taken care of immidiatly.

Just don't use the email form on their website, then you won't hear back at al..

I had no problem getting replacement parts through e-mail just before Christmas. Took less than 24 hours to get it sorted out. No waiting on hold.

I got denied using the email function for replacement parts.
Called and talked to a gent there.
He said the items are a bit obsolete, but he'd look into it.
Told him I'd offer up my Visa if in fact he could git'izz mitts on them.
Called back and asked for my mailing address.
No Visa # necessary.
I was pumped.

Tough to beat this kind of service from a manufacturer.
Great service.

Obselete... what a term Unless it was their first press they made. I had an issue with my Dillon called the CDN dist and he said cant order the parts as they are obsolete, called Dillon USA and the parts were in the mail by the next day

I'm still waiting after submitting a part request through the email website form in December.
I'm a pretty patient guy but think of picking up the phone shortly :)

Yes call them. I used the email customer service as well. No reply. Once you get them on the phone things get done right away.

I have had excellent service from Lee, Hornady, Smith & Wesson, Dillon RCBS and Redding.

Each time I got to speak to someone who understood what I was talking about and willing to ship parts, immediately - for free.

The only outfit that has not taken care of me is Taurus. can't get a part to get my revolver revolving.

Second on the redding... I had an issue with a .45acp die and not only did they send replacement pieces, the tech called me direct and asked specifically what the issue was, as he had my replacement pieces in his hand. Expander wasn't right, and seating die was sometimes crushing cases. New set showed up and he had personally checked and polished the expander to the right size, also sent a new seating stem. Still use them today, and never had an issue since.

Broke 3 things on my hornady lnl so far, 2 were just wear, and one was 100% my fault. All parts replaced without question or charge.
