Kel-Tec KS7

Is it threaded for chokes of some kind? If it is, I am getting one. Not sure why manufacturers choose to go without choke tubes in this day and age. It makes a gun so much more versatile. Or at the very least, thread it and include a Mod choke, I can get the rest from there.

Supposedly it takes Winchokes, although they are considering other types as well.

They should bring back the poly-choke, C-leckt-choke approach in a tactical version with nasty serrations and muzzle break up front..... :)
Full rail with a detachable handle is a no brainer..... It really looks like they wanted this on sci-fi movie sets.

Is there any update on the KS7? I'm in the market of a bullpup SG......

No. I emailed the distributor for Canada a couple of days ago and no answer yet.

Shouldn't be too long. Probably by end of summer would be my guess. They don't expect to have production ramp up until May, so likely a several month delay.

EDIT: they are currently putting out 300/week but by May they expect to be putting out 2000 shotguns per week, so we should be ok :)

Thanks for the update driller. Still not crazy about how the carry handle adds to the size of the SG. A simple rail for an optic or irons would do.
I fondled the 14+1 KSG recently. Seems to be well made but I think the dual loading tubes is too "complicated" for this old fart.....

A 13" LOP is great for a bullpup, kudos to Kel-Tec for that, although the length of reach to the fore end doesn't look to be particularly short.

Yea, I just dont have a use for the dual tubes, great idea though. Since this shotty is light it would be a great general use shotgun. For me it would work great as a fun plinker/wildlife defense/hunter/truck gun. I'm hoping they come in under 700 but I think that is wishful thinking...

With the flat top rail they actually look pretty good. The KSG doesn't really appeal to me either, but the KS7 however I will probably get when they get here.
