Nork JW 20, SA takedown on cheap at tenda

Got mine last week packed with oil in a plastic sleeve which was gooey and stinky but kept the 1992 built rifle in like new condition.
A bucket of Varsol and a bunch of rags later she was cleaned then oiled for a trip to the range. Functioned well with only one ftf early on. Shoots high and the rear sight won't adjust enough to fix it without doing some work on it, but I got a scope mount at Cambodian Tire with a red dot on the way.
Very happy with this rifle given the $159 price when I ordered it.

My second JW-20 arrived today from SFRC's 18% sale, it is nice and tight and the only difference is they left the stain on a little longer than the one from Tenda. Serial #92451*.
The Tenda JW-20 is serial #93524* so later production with nice grain in the wood. I did have to tighten the stock and had a few hiccups the first 20 or so rounds but it functions fine. Seems to like CCI 40grain over the Blazer 40 grain. Bottom one is from Tenda. So far a great .22 for the money. It must be good as it came with the Golden Arrow Brand certificate of inspection.

I picked one up from Canada Ammo. Fun little rifles. Mine has worked perfetly every round so far, probably 300 shots. Yes, it’s rough inside but in places where it doesn’t matter.
The only thing I don’t like is that there is a high risk of losing some little part if you take it apart to clean thoroughlly.

I also experienced one of mine shooting high even with the rear sight all the way down, it was printing 2 inches high at 25 yards.
Problem solved with last weekend gun show finds from 3 different vendors. Vintage Bushnell Scopechief IV 1.5-4.5, 60A mount and Weaver low rings.
I still have an issue with first round flyer printing slightly to the left. Hope this is just a break in issue but I think the problem may be with the Winchester M22 and the bullets that can spin in the casing.
I noticed with mine anyway, unless the barrel is adjusted so it it really tight to install, the bolt hammering on the breech face tends to loosen it up when shooting lots of rounds, and eventually zero wanders. I just make sure now that it is a good solid crank to get it on and it's much more consistent.
I grabbed one of these ammo carriers with the Nork in mind, stored them tip up in the case, should make a good speed loader for it...just dump the rounds right in.

I use 7mm id rigid tubing. Pre-fill a few and dump em in when needed... but this holder looks really neat. Is it working well when using other slots than the front one and are these for sale in Canada if you don't mind me asking?

No lol, that would be a disaster me thinks.
Just holes, the lid has detents to only expose one hole at a time so only one tube drops, otherwise it would be a mess of shells on the ground. Belt clip as well.
If it's any consolation, my 3rd one just arrived and it was not nearly as greasy, and the wood was much lighter stained, finish and bluing is the best of the 3.
