just curious as to how are you planning to 'anchor" your bushing-flange piece to the bolt... silver solder, epoxy such as J-B Weld , a lock-tite product or some other?
My first thought if I were doing it, I would try J-B but not sure if the firing pin striking it from behind might break it loose. I have never silver soldered anything so am I correct in thinking that a thin flange ( anything slimmer than 80 or 90 thou) will probably deform or melt when trying to melt the solder??
