Interesting: Chinese Honor Guard SKS's For Sale In Canada

In the most recent vid I could find of a largish televised use of honor guard rifles is a 2018 Chinese New Year flag raise debut everyone with an sksish rifle aren’t fully chromed.
 
I can see a person putting great value on these given the limited supply and country of origin. Many people with Chinese backgrounds in the country and they may find significance in these rifles like others appreciate Austrian, Yugoslavian or Polish firearms etc.... its not always about the rifle being perfect. I really like the Chinese rifle I picked up in the "on sale" slot machine from the big box store. It looks just like it was turned with some care by a Congolese militia, no crack but several dings but works great.

With machine gun behind, they would not stop at 38 parallel in 1953, but roll all the way down to sought end of Korean peninsula.
 
Is this Honor Guard the same as the American paratrooper sks ?...ie a marketing ploy to make them seem extra special ?
