oops, title should read "cleaning cz858/vz58/czh2003" not vz858.... mods?
Anyone have any special tricks when cleaning their xx.58 that they'd like to share?
I read about one guy who has cut the head off a spent cartrige, hooked it up to a hose and funnel, and then poured hot water directly through the bore. I thought this system wasn't particularly effective though as it would be easy to forget to clean the actual chamber where the cartrige sits.
Do any of you do anything special for the gas port? Also do you bother windexing the bore/piston/bolt on site till you can get home and do a proper cleaning?
