I made an adapter from M15 x 0.75 the oddball thread used on the flash suppressor nut that threads onto the end of a Norinco barrel, to 5/8 x 24 so that any common muzzle brake can be used.
This is my first attempt. It's threaded onto a barrel stub from a shortened m14s barrel. I'm going to see if I can make it look better, more compact.
I put a similar brake on a shortened m14s that I threaded to 1/2" and reamed out a 223 brake. Worked really well. But I wanted something similar that I could use on an unmodified m14s barrel.
